Alongside the launch, OnePlus has introduced a unique initiative to ensure customer satisfaction—a 180-day free replacement policy for buyers, applicable in the event of any hardware issues.

Exclusive Free Replacement Program

OnePlus India announced that customers purchasing the OnePlus 13 or 13R on or before February 13, 2025, are eligible for a one-time free replacement of their device within 180 days of purchase. This policy covers all hardware components, including screens, back covers, batteries, and motherboards, ensuring a seamless experience for users.


“This program guarantees worry-free usage by allowing a direct device replacement, bypassing the need for repairs in case of hardware quality issues,” said the company. Customers can visit any authorized OnePlus service center to confirm their eligibility for a replacement.


OnePlus Extended Protection Options

After the free replacement window ends, users can still access this premium service through an optional paid protection plan, which extends the replacement coverage by an additional three months. This plan is priced at ₹2,599 for the OnePlus 13 and ₹2,299 for the OnePlus 13R.

The 180-day replacement offer is part of OnePlus’s ambitious ₹6,000 crore Project Starlight, aimed at enhancing product durability and service quality in India.
